Telecaller – Loan Department

Location: Vastral, Ahmedabad

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM

Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to various loan products.
Explain loan products, eligibility, documentation, and process to customers.
Generate and follow up on leads to convert them into loan cases.
Coordinate with customers and the internal team for smooth loan processing.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.
Achieve monthly individual and team targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer follow-ups.
Build good relationships with customers and provide timely assistance.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience in the loan/finance/banking sector is required.
Positive communication and convincing skills.
Solid follow-up and customer-handling skills.
Target-oriented and proactive approach.
Basic knowledge of loan products and processes.
Telecalling or sales experience will be preferred.

Pay: From ₹120,000.00 per month
