Required Skills and Qualifications:
- LLB or equivalent law degree from a reputed institution.
6–8 years of legal experience, with at least 2 years in a team leadership position.
Experience in paralegal services for personal injury cases
Excellent communication, drafting, and legal research skills
Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with legal tech platforms is a plus
Ability to manage deadlines and multitask in a rapid-paced setting
Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership & Supervision:
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of legal associates working preferably on personal injury cases
Monitor team performance, set KPIs, and ensure timely delivery of assignments with high quality.
Provide training and continuous feedback to team members to enhance productivity and legal acumen.
Act as the first point of escalation for internal and external stakeholders.
Experience in managing production trackers, reporting dashboards and governance decks
Paralegal Support (Personal Injury)
- Provide paralegal-level understanding and support for matters related to personal injury law, as required by specific client needs
Review relevant legal documents, assist in case preparation, and ensure compliance with applicable legal standards
Stakeholder Coordination:
- Liaise with internal departments and external clients to ensure smooth operations
Participate in client calls, provide updates, and resolve contract-related queries or issues
Process Improvement:
- Identify prospects for automation, template creation, and process enhancement within the projects
Ensure documentation, SOPs, and knowledge repositories are always updated
