We are looking for a Senior Costing Manager – Billing & Tendering to manage project costing, estimation, tendering, billing and commercial activities for interior fit-out projects.
Key Responsibilities
Project cost estimation and budgeting
BOQ preparation and quantity take-off
Rate analysis
Tender preparation and submission
Cost control and variance analysis
Client and contractor billing
Vendor quotation evaluation
Procurement costing
Cost optimization and value engineering
Commercial reporting and project profitability analysis
Coordination with Design, Projects, Procurement, Finance and Clients
Requirements
5–7+ years of overall experience
2–4 years of commercial costing experience is mandatory
Experience in Interior Fit-Out / Commercial Interiors / Construction / Turnkey Projects
Solid knowledge of BOQ, costing and tendering
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD
Solid analytical and commercial skills
Pay: ₹511,751.60 - ₹1,461,275.95 per year
