Requirements
Lead and manage the Inside Sales team.
Develop and execute inside-sales strategies for lead generation and conversion.
Monitor team performance, productivity and sales pipeline.
Set daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
Track calls, follow-ups, meetings, conversions and revenue.
Coach and mentor Inside Sales Executives.
Handle key prospects and high-value prospects.
Review sales conversations and provide feedback.
Coordinate with Marketing and Business Development teams.
Maintain CRM discipline and accurate pipeline reporting.
Identify gaps in the sales process and implement improvements.
Prepare regular performance reports for management.
Drive consistent lead follow-up and conversion.
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
