Position: Site Engineer

Location: Patiala (Punjab)

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

Experience: 3 to 6 years

Key Result Areas:

. Responsible for project overall activities operating from the Project site including Commercial activities of Billing to Client/ Contractor Bills/ measurements.

· Oversee construction projects concurrently, ensuring adherence to established timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

· Act as a central point of contact for project teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.

· Identify and implement cost-saving measures without compromising project quality.

· Develop and maintain detailed project work schedules, proactively identifying and mitigating potential delays.

· Coordinate with the Project Manager to ensure timely and effective communication of site-related issues and progress.

· Supervise site workers, including contractors and subcontractors, to ensure efficient and effective work practices.

· Ensure that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with the project specifications.

· Identify and resolve any technical issues or challenges that arise in office.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of site activities, including work progress, material usage,



and any issues encountered.

· Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations in office.

· Prepare and submit regular reports to the Management and / or Project Manager detailing site progress, challenges, and proposed solutions.

Candidate Profile:

· Smart, Energetic, Responsible, good communication skills (both verbal & written)

· Proven experience as a Site Engineer or similar role in the construction industry.

· Strong understanding of procedures, materials, and project management principles.

· Proficiency in using relevant software tools for project management and reporting.

· Experience in handling Developers, Contractors and Builders.

· Presentation skills with fluency in creating PPTS/PDFS and MS Office and MS Office.

· Experience in managing construction sites for large-scale projects.

· Knowledge of local regulations.

· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions on-site.

· Preferred Industry- Water Industry, Pipe manufacturers eg; Kimplas, Supreme, Astral, Prince

· Self-starter, team player and positive attitude

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
