Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, and pending orders.
Explain ceramic products, pricing, and ongoing offers.
Coordinate with the Sales Coordinator and Area Sales Managers.
Maintain daily call reports and customer feedback records.
Update customer details in ERP/CRM software.
Resolve basic customer queries and escalate complex issues when required.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
