Nave Industries Private Limited is looking for an experienced professional to develop and manage our subcontractor network for Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I;) Projects across India.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard current E&I; subcontractors across India
Develop a solid location-wise subcontractor/vendor network
Verify contractor capability, manpower strength, tools, statutory documents and previous experience
Float work enquiries/RFQs and collect subcontractor quotations
Rate analysis, negotiation and finalization
Prepare subcontractor work scope and coordinate work orders
Mobilize subcontractors and manpower as per project requirements
Coordinate with clients, Project Managers and site teams
Monitor subcontractor work progress, quality, safety and timelines
Resolve site execution and manpower-related issues
Verify subcontractor measurements, work completion and bills
Ensure projects are completed within approved cost and schedule




Maintain subcontractor performance records and develop alternative contractors for critical locations

Preferred Experience:
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech – Electrical / E&I; / Instrumentation
3–5 years of experience in industrial Electrical & Instrumentation projects
Solid network of E&I; contractors/subcontractors preferred
Experience in industrial plants, factories and project sites
Knowledge of cable laying, termination, cable tray, panels, earthing, instrumentation, field instruments, SS tubing, control wiring, commissioning etc.
Robust negotiation and contractor-management skills
Willing to travel across India

Key Requirement: The candidate should be capable of taking a project/service requirement, arranging the right subcontractor and coordinating the complete execution until successful handover.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
