Job Location: Mumbai / Pune / Bangalore / Delhi / Hyderabad
5+ years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance, Technical Support, or industrial operations, with a solid understanding of quality standards, processes, and operational requirements.
Knowledge of SOPs, quality standards, change control, non-conformance management, CAPA, inspections, and audit support.
Ability to identify technical issues, assess quality deviations, perform Root Cause Analysis, troubleshoot problems, and coordinate effective resolutions; knowledge of LIMS and SAP QM.
Solid analytical and communication skills, with experience in technical reporting, stakeholder management, customer query handling, cross-functional coordination, and proficiency in MS Excel/Power BI.
