Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Generate recent leads through calls, online sources, and other available channels.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with customers.
Coordinate with the sales and service team regarding customer enquiries.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer details.
Convert enquiries into appointments, sales opportunities, or service requirements.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely responses.
Perform other customer-related tasks assigned by the management

Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident and polite telephone manner.
Experienced in MS Office (Word , Excel etc)
Ability to generate and follow up on leads independently.
Positive Malayalam and English communication skills.
Previous telecalling, customer service, or sales experience will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
