Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise a field sales team of 4–5+ members.
Drive daily and weekly team targets and productivity.
Drive QR & Sound Box onboarding and merchant acquisition.
Monitor individual and team performance and provide regular guidance.
Conduct market visits and ensure effective team coordination.
Support merchant acquisition, business growth and target achievement.

Candidate Requirements Minimum 4–5 members team-handling experience in field sales. Field sales / merchant acquisition experience. QR & Sound Box sales/onboarding experience preferred. Experience in achieving and managing team targets. Solid communication, leadership and people-management skills. Ability to manage, motivate and monitor a field sales team. Position- Team Leader

Salary - 20,000 - 30,000
