Job Roles and responsivities
Manage and supervise day-to-day civil construction, plumbing, electrical and maintenance activities at the site.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors and project teams for smooth execution.
Monitor work progress, quality, safety, materials and project timelines.
Review drawings, BOQ, measurements and material requirements.
Supervise plumbing, water supply, drainage, sewage, rainwater harvesting and electrical works.
Oversee building maintenance, including water systems, electrical installations and infrastructure.
Prepare site reports, measurements, billing and project documentation.
Ensure work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, safety standards and project schedules.
