Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader (TL) for our Business Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) division.

The Team

Leader will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and managing a team of sales executives to achieve aggressive sales targets for business loans and LAP products. This role requires a robust understanding of the lending landscape, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in sales and team management within the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Business Loan/LAP sales executives to consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to drive business growth and market penetration.
Provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance feedback to team members, focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service, and compliance.
Monitor team performance daily, weekly, and monthly,



analyzing sales data and identifying areas for improvement.
Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and team meetings to review progress, discuss challenges, and share best practices.
Ensure all team members adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines related to lending products.
Assist team members in complex deal closures, customer negotiations, and resolving customer queries or issues.
Build and maintain solid relationships with key customers, channel partners, and internal stakeholders.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and recent product developments in the business loan and LAP segments.
Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.
Participate in recruitment and onboarding of new sales talent for the team.
