Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the manpower acquisition team.
Set and monitor daily, weekly and monthly targets.
Monitor calling, lead generation, follow-ups and conversions.
Guide team members in prospecting and objection handling.
Conduct regular team reviews and performance tracking.
Train, coach and motivate team members.
Develop current lead-generation channels.
Monitor documentation, training and licensing processes.
Analyses performance data and identify areas for improvement.
Coordinate with management to achieve business targets.
