Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Manager with solid expertise in Volume Hiring and BPO Recruitment. The role requires a proven recruitment leader with experience managing large-scale hiring mandates, multiple client accounts, recruitment teams, and delivery performance.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment delivery across multiple client accounts.
Drive high-volume and BPO hiring mandates.
Manage and develop Recruitment Managers, Team Leaders, and Recruiters.
Ensure achievement of hiring targets, SLAs, closures, and joining ratios.
Manage large-scale ramp-ups and recruitment pipelines.
Build robust client relationships and handle delivery reviews and escalations.
Monitor recruitment MIS, recruiter productivity, and key performance metrics.




Drive process improvement and operational excellence.

Desired Candidate Profile
1520 years of experience in Recruitment & Staffing.
Strong expertise in Volume Hiring and BPO Recruitment.
Experience working with a Recruitment Consultancy or Staffing Firm is preferred.
Proven experience managing large recruitment teams and multiple client accounts.
Solid understanding of sourcing strategies, recruitment funnels, SLAs, conversion ratios, and large-scale hiring.
Excellent leadership, client management, communication, and analytical skills.
