Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and confident Telecaller – International Voice Process to join our team in Gachibowli, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills and previous experience handling international customers through voice calls.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound international calls professionally.
Communicate with international customers and understand their requirements.
Make outbound calls, follow up with prospects, and generate leads.
Explain products/services clearly and address customer queries.
Maintain proper records of calls, customer details, and follow-ups.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.




Follow company communication standards and processes.

Requirements
Minimum 3 + years of experience in International Voice Process / Telecalling .
Excellent spoken English and robust verbal communication skills.
Valuable interpersonal, convincing, and negotiation skills.
Experience dealing with international customers is preferred.
Ability to work in a target-driven workplace.
Good listening and problem-solving skills.
Candidates who can work from the office in Gachibowli, Hyderabad are required.

Preferred Candidate
Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
Prior experience in international BPO, telecalling, customer support, sales, or voice process will be an advantage.
