Job Summary:

We are looking for a CA Qualified professional with strong experience in Statutory Audit and IPO-related assignments. The candidate should have hands-on exposure to financial reporting, audit procedures, regulatory compliance, and IPO/Capital Market transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle Statutory Audit assignments for companies across various sectors.
Work on IPO-related assignments, including IPO readiness and financial due diligence support.
Review financial statements in accordance with Ind AS/IGAAP and applicable regulations.
Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and applicable accounting standards.
Assist in preparation/review of financial information required for DRHP/RHP and IPO processes.
Perform audit planning, risk assessment,



substantive testing, and internal control evaluation.
Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and other stakeholders during audit and IPO assignments.
Identify accounting and compliance issues and provide appropriate observations/recommendations.
Support management in resolving audit queries and ensuring timely closure of assignments.

Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of Statutory Audit and Financial Reporting.
Relevant hands-on IPO experience is mandatory/preferred.
Good understanding of Ind AS, Companies Act & SEBI regulations.
Strong analytical, communication, and client-management skills.
Positive command of MS Excel and MS Office.
Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
