We specialize in modular kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, main doors, safety/steel gates, aluminium work, HDMR/waterproof board work, complete home interiors and renovation projects. Job Responsibilities - Handle customer calls, WhatsApp enquiries and follow-ups.
Generate current leads through online and offline sources.
Coordinate with clients for site visits and measurements.
Understand customer requirements and explain our interior solutions.
Coordinate with the design, carpenter and installation teams.
Prepare and follow up on quotations.
Maintain customer and lead records.
Follow up with existing and potential customers regularly.
Assist in converting enquiries into confirmed projects.




Handle basic customer queries and coordinate for issue resolution.

Required Skills - Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, phone calls and MS Office/Google Sheets.
Sales and follow-up skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to coordinate with customers and workers.
Previous experience in interior, construction, sales or customer handling is an advantage.
