Integration Lead Teamcenter–SAP / PLM Integration

Job Title: Integration Lead – Teamcenter–SAP

Experience: 8–10 Years

We are looking for an Integration Lead with robust experience in Teamcenter–SAP integration, particularly using T4S/T4ST PLMSI. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end integration design, development, testing, troubleshooting, and delivery across PLM, SAP, and Manufacturing systems.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end design and delivery of Teamcenter–SAP integrations using T4S/T4ST PLMSI.
Configure and develop integrations for Material, BOM, Documents, and Change Management.
Work extensively on EBOM, MBOM, BOP, and BOE integration and synchronization.
Enable accurate EBOM-to-MBOM transfer and maintain a single source of truth.
Design and implement BOP (Bill of Process) and BOE (Bill of Equipment) integrations.
Implement Opcenter BOP integration using C4NT.
Define data mappings, transformation rules, validations, and effectivity mapping.




Manage revision control and lifecycle state synchronization between Teamcenter and SAP.
Conduct requirement gathering and translate business requirements into technical designs.
Analyze AS-IS / TO-BE processes and identify integration touchpoints.
Prepare and maintain IDS, mapping documents, technical specifications, and design artifacts.
Develop and troubleshoot T4S/T4ST handlers, workflows, and templates.
Implement error handling, logging, monitoring, and reprocessing mechanisms.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and resolve integration issues.
Ensure data consistency, integration performance, scalability, and reliability.
Manage requirements and defects using Azure DevOps (ADO/AVD).
Collaborate with PLM, SAP, Manufacturing, and business teams.
Support SIT/UAT, integration testing, validation, and defect resolution.
Mentor junior team members and establish integration best practices.
