Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain operational control frameworks and procedures.
Conduct regular reviews and assessments of existing controls to ensure their effectiveness and efficiency.
Identify control gaps and recommend corrective actions to mitigate risks.
Perform risk assessments to identify potential operational risks within the retail business segment.
Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and action plans.
Monitor and report on risk exposure and control effectiveness to senior management.
Analyse business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and increased efficiency.
Track and measure the impact of process improvements on operational performance.
Prepare and present regular reports on control activities, risk assessments, and compliance status to senior management.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of any control deficiencies or compliance issues.

Qualifications
Education: Degree- Bachelor Master
Licenses/ Certificates: Insurance Certification will be the additional advantage
Work Experience: Graduate with minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in an Insurance domain




Experience in PC - Policy Issuance/Underwriting would be preferred
Insurance certification - valuable to have
Transition/onboarding of service - positive to have
Onshore travel experience - valuable to have
