About the Role

We are urgently hiring a Telecalling & Lead Coordination Executive to contact our leads, explain our services, understand their requirements, and coordinate bookings. We are looking for someone with clear communication skills, a friendly approach, and basic computer knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
Call leads provided by the company and explain our services clearly.
Understand customer requirements and identify suitable leads.
Answer basic questions and follow up with interested customers.
Schedule appointments and coordinate bookings.
Enter customer details, requirements, and call updates into our software.
Maintain accurate records of follow-ups and booking status.

Requirements
Good spoken English is mandatory.
Kannada and Hindi language skills are an added advantage.
Basic computer skills and willingness to learn our software.
A polite, confident, and skilled telephone manner.
Valuable listening, organisation, and follow-up skills.




Ability to commute to the office daily during regular working hours.

Candidates living nearby and those available to join immediately are encouraged to apply. Compensation & Probation
Initial probation period: 3 months.
Pay during probation: ₹6,000 per month.
Proposed salary after successful completion of probation: approximately ₹20,000 per month, subject to performance review and confirmation.
Further salary revisions may be considered based on performance and responsibilities.
