Responsibilities:
· Achieve required conversion ( 70% ) ratio from tele to visit enquiry.
Engage with leads and follow up on inquiries.
Effective Tele-Calling.
Handling CRM.
Receive, direct and relay telephone messages.
Record and handle all incoming and outgoing couriers/Letters.
Respond to public inquiries.
Requirements: .Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly, especially on phone.
· Proven experience working as a telesales executive.
· The ability to follow scripts.
· Solid negotiation and consultative sales skills.
Job Type: Full time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
