We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities for our residential building project in Silvassa. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily construction work at the residential project site.
Manage labour, contractors and subcontractors and allocate daily work. - Monitor civil work including RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, brick/block work and plastering.
Supervise flooring, tiling, waterproofing, plumbing, electrical and other finishing works. - Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications and required quality standards. - Check line, level, alignment and measurements of work.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors and vendors for smooth execution.

Maintain daily manpower and work -progress records. -





Check material requirements and ensure proper utilization at site.
Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.
Ensure proper housekeeping and basic safety practices at the residential site.
Monitor work progress and ensure activities are completed as per project schedule.

Requirements: - 3–5 years of experience in residential construction/site supervision.
Good knowledge of residential building construction and finishing work.
Ability to understand construction drawings and site requirements.
Good labour and contractor handling skills.
Diploma/ITI/Civil Engineering qualification preferred.
Positive communication and coordination skills. - Candidate must be willing to work in office in Silvassa.

Pay: ₹26,000.00 - ₹35,409.29 per month
