About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Draftsman cum Site Supervisor (Trainee) to join our team. The role involves assisting with drafting, design development, site supervision, and coordination for landscape and related projects.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and modify technical drawings and layouts as per project requirements.
Assist in preparing landscape and site plans.
Support the team in developing 2D and 3D drawings and visualizations.
Visit project sites and assist with site supervision and execution.
Coordinate with the design and site execution teams.
Monitor site work to ensure execution is as per drawings and specifications.
Take site measurements and maintain required project documentation.
Assist in checking materials, dimensions, and work quality at site.
Identify and communicate site-related issues to the concerned team.
Support project planning and day-to-day site coordination.
Required Qualifications
B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Fresh graduates and candidates looking to begin their career are welcome to apply.
Robust interest in landscape design and site execution is preferred.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

AutoCAD
SketchUp
Lumion
Revit
3ds Max
Candidates with knowledge of multiple software tools will be preferred.
Preferred Skills
Passion for landscapes and outdoor design.
Basic understanding of construction/site execution.
Attention to detail.
Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
Willingness to learn and work in a site-oriented environment.
Positive teamwork and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
