Key Responsibilities
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, writing performant, maintainable, and clean code
Build and maintain high-performance, fault-tolerant, and scalable platforms
Design and develop frameworks to support specific requirements and enable junior developers
Prepare High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents for assigned modules
Ensure high-quality deliverables through close collaboration with the team
Ensure adherence to best engineering and coding practices during development
Handle customer queries and issues received directly or via the support organization
Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Validation, Implementation, Support, Documentation, and Solutioning
Engage with external stakeholders and customers as required
Lead and mentor team members to ensure effective task execution and timely delivery

Mandatory Skills

Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of Java 21 and above
Hands-on experience with ORM frameworks such as Hibernate (5.0) and JPA




Strong experience in unit testing using JUnit and mocking frameworks like Mockito
Solid understanding of Spring Core, Spring Boot, and Spring Batch
Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL
Experience with message-oriented middleware such as Kafka and Kafka Connect
Good understanding of software design patterns
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Docker, Jenkins, and Ansible
Experience working in Agile development settings

Desirable Skills
Knowledge of microservices architecture
Exposure to contemporary UI frameworks such as React or Angular
Experience in the Payment Gateway domain
Familiarity with AWS cloud services including EKS, EC2, MSK, ElastiCache, RDS, and replication
Experience with observability tools such as AWS CloudWatch and ELK Stack
