Job Summary

We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to join our Sales team. The role involves outbound calling, lead generation, follow-ups, and telesales for our ERP and software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Connect with potential customers and create new business opportunities for ERP and software solutions.
Reach out to prospects through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, references, and other channels.
Understand customer requirements and introduce suitable ERP solutions.
Build meaningful conversations with prospects and generate interest in our solutions.
Schedule product demos, meetings, and discussions with the Sales/Technical team.
Build robust relationships with prospects through regular and meaningful follow-ups.
Coordinate with the Sales and Technical teams to support the customer journey.
Maintain CRM records, lead details, follow-ups, and sales pipeline updates.
Learn and contribute to the complete sales process, from lead generation to closure.

Who Can Apply?




Freshers are welcome.
Graduates / Postgraduates from any stream.
MBA – Marketing / Sales preferred.
Valuable communication and convincing skills.
Comfortable with outbound calling and sales targets.
Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, inside sales, or lead generation is an added advantage.
