The mandate
Win current logos and drive net-current revenue in BFSI
GTM strategy and build pipeline across Digital, Data, AI and Cloud
Hold CXO conversations that lead to multi-year, partnerships
Lead RFPs, bids and closures, partnering with the Head of Sales / Client Partner on revenue and P&L; goals
Build and lead a sales team that hunts The profile
At least 10+ years in IT services ,
Deep BFSI / Fintech / Banking sales experience
Exposure to Cloud, Digital, Data or AI sales A strong CXO network and the credibility to open current doors
