Prepare job cards with accurate vehicle and customer details.
Conduct preliminary vehicle inspections and record the vehicle's condition.
Explain the required repairs, maintenance, and estimated service charges to customers.
Obtain customer approval before proceeding with additional repairs.
Coordinate with service technicians and the service manager to ensure timely completion of work.
Provide regular updates to customers regarding service progress and delivery time.
Prepare and explain service estimates and final bills.
