Job Title : Service Coordinator
Experience : 1- 4 years
Location : UPSIDC Industrial Area, Ghaziabad
Role & Responsibilites :
Coordinate service calls, breakdowns, AMC & preventive maintenance.
Schedule customer visits and assign service engineers.
Follow up with engineers for service reports and job closure.
Maintain service, customer & AMC records in Excel/CRM.
Prepare service quotations and AMC proposals.
Coordinate with Sales, Accounts & Service teams.
Follow up on pending service calls and payments.
Qualification & Skills :
Graduate/Diploma in any relevant field.
Positive communication, coordination & follow-up skills.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel, Word & Email.
Service coordination,customer support experience.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
