Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Ensure solid technical knowledge of plastic processing, particularly for automotive and white-goods plastic components.
Handle mould and machine setting, including process parameter setting and optimization.
Monitor and control the production process to improve cycle time, maximize machine utilization, and enhance productivity.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, analyze defects, identify root causes, and prepare and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
Prepare, maintain, and implement Process Sheets, Work Instructions (WI), and OJT training materials.
Maintain accurate production and quality documentation, including daily production reports, rejection reports, and ERP records.
Coordinate effectively with Quality, Tool Room, Maintenance, and other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production operations.
Ensure implementation and sustenance of 5S, Kaizen, visual management, and continuous improvement practices on the shop floor.
Drive improvements in process efficiency, productivity, quality, and machine utilization through systematic problem-solving and process optimization.
