Ensure smooth operation of HT/LT panels, transformers, DG sets, motors, VFDs, and utilities.
Manage electrical safety, statutory compliance, and GMP requirements.
Plan and execute maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
Troubleshoot critical electrical issues and implement corrective actions.
Maintain maintenance records, SOPs, and engineering documentation.
Coordinate with production, QA, and other departments for uninterrupted operations.
Lead and supervise technicians and engineering staff.
