Work ResponsibilitiesCall EV owners and understand their requirement for home EV charger installation . Handle incoming enquiries and make outbound calls to potential EV customers. Collect customer details including name, contact number, EV/car model, location and parking details .

Explain the home charger installation process, available charger options and basic requirements. Qualify leads and identify customers ready for a site survey . Schedule site surveys with customers and coordinate with the installation team.

Share customer location, contact details and survey requirements with the field/technical team. Follow up with customers after the site survey regarding quotation, approval and installation.



Schedule the charger installation after customer confirmation.

Coordinate with the customer and installation team to ensure timely installation. Confirm installation completion and update the customer/CRM records. Maintain daily records of calls, qualified leads, surveys scheduled, installations scheduled and completed .

Follow up with pending customers and ensure no qualified lead is missed. Coordinate with the operations team for any customer or installation-related issues. Achieve monthly targets for qualified leads, surveys and completed installations .
