Role Description:

The Senior Sales Officer is a full time, in office role based in Lodhika, responsible for driving sales growth and expanding the customer base for Wreltt India’s strapping and packaging solutions. This role includes prospecting and qualifying leads, managing the sales pipeline, and nurturing long-term relationships with domestic and international clients.

The Senior Sales

Officer will coordinate sales operations activities, prepare proposals, negotiate pricing and contracts,



and ensure timely order closure in line with company targets. Daily responsibilities also include collaborating with channel partners, providing responsive customer service, gathering market intelligence, and reporting sales performance and forecasts to leadership.

Candidates should possess strong Sales Operations skills, including pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, cold outreach, and qualification of potential customers.
Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, with the ability to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain long-term client relationships.
Candidates should possess Communication skills, including explicit verbal and written communication and confident presentation abilities.
Relevant experience in B2B industrial or packaging product sales is highly beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in Lodhika, travel to client locations as needed, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is desirable; equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
