Key Roles & Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end talent acquisition activities across various functions within a manufacturing workplace.
Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with business stakeholders and hiring managers.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies for critical and volume hiring requirements.
Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, employee referrals, consultants, and other channels.
Screen and assess candidates based on role requirements and organizational fit.
Coordinate interviews, selection processes, offer negotiations, and onboarding.
Maintain recruitment MIS, dashboards, and hiring-related reports.
Ensure timely closure of open positions within defined recruitment TAT.
Build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand hiring priorities and ensure smooth recruitment execution.
Candidate Profile
3+ years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, preferably in the Manufacturing industry.
Candidates with RPO experience supporting Manufacturing clients will also be considered.
Robust stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple requirements and deliver within defined timelines.
Languages: Kannada, Tamil, and Telugu Mandatory; English Positive communication skills. - Candidates currently based in or willing to work from Bangalore (JP Nagar) are preferred.
