Role Description This is a full-time, in office Technical Manager role based in Kolkata.

The Technical

Manager will oversee technical operations related to valuation and advisory projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to industry standards. Daily responsibilities include coordinating project activities, supervising technical teams, and providing guidance on complex valuation and advisory assignments. The role involves managing technical support functions, reviewing analytical work, and contributing to research and development initiatives to improve methodologies and tools.

The Technical





Manager will also collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients, prepare technical reports, and support business growth through process improvements and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, evaluate valuation models, and support decision-making.
Proficiency in Team Management to lead technical staff, allocate tasks, and mentor team members.
Experience in Technical Support to resolve technical issues, optimize tools, and maintain operational continuity.
Background in Research and Development (R&D;) to enhance valuation methodologies and develop recent technical approaches.
Project Management skills to plan, execute, and monitor multiple engagements within timelines and budgets.
Relevant academic background in engineering, finance, economics, or a related technical discipline.
Familiarity with valuation standards, financial analysis, and advisory practices; experience in consulting or financial services is an advantage.
Effective communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and clients.
