8 -12 years HR operations; 5+ years managing complex GBS/SSC delivery.

Job responsibility
Service delivery management across multiple process towers
Accountable for end to end HR Admin service delivery across multiple geographies/markets
Own P&L; accountability for HR Admin tower headcount, attrition, cost per transaction
Drive transformation initiatives automation, AI deployment, process re-engineering
Manage Client stakeholder relationships Lead quarterly business reviews and governance forums Partner with Client Global Process Owners on process design and SLA frameworks
Develop and execute talent strategy for the HR Admin tower .

Skill Set
Senior operations management multi-site, multi-country
Workday HCM ability to advise on configuration, integration, and roadmap ServiceNow HRSD programme governance and service design Financial acumen tower P&L;, cost modelling
