We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Technical Project Coordinator to join our engineering and product teams. In this role, you will bridge the gap between project management, technical development, and cross-functional stakeholders. You will support Technical Project Managers and Engineering Leads by organizing workflows, tracking deliverables, facilitating technical documentation, and maintaining explicit communication channels.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Execution
Assist Technical Project Managers in creating, updating, and maintaining detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
Track sprint progress, action items, and task dependencies using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Confluence).
Monitor technical deliverables to ensure milestones are met on time and within scope.

Cross-Functional Communication & Coordination
Serve as a central point of contact for technical team members.
Organize and facilitate technical meetings, including stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and post-mortems.
Synthesize complex technical discussions into concise meeting notes, decision logs, and action items.

Risk & Dependency Management
Proactively identify technical risks, bottlenecks,



or scope creep and escalate issues to project leaders with proposed solutions.
Coordinate cross-team dependencies.
Maintain accurate technical documentation, architecture flowcharts, user stories, and project status reports.
Standardize project workflows and contribute to continuous process improvements across the engineering department.

QualificationsRequired
Experience: 1–5 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, Junior Project Manager, or Scrum Master in a software, IT, or technical workplace.
Technical Aptitude: Core understanding of technical concepts and up-to-date software delivery models.
Tooling Expertise: Proficiency with project tracking tools (Jira, Confluence, Asana, Azure DevOps, Trello) and office productivity suites.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical capabilities and high attention to detail.

Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience working directly with software engineering or Developers teams.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
