Talasha has been mandated to hire a Manager / Senior Manager- Mergers & Acquisition Tax advisory profile for one of India's leading transaction advisory firms, based in Bangalore. This boutique consulting firm specializes in M&A; tax and structuring services for diverse domestic and multi-national clients.

Responsibilities -
Structuring potential mergers and acquisition (M&A;) deals for productive tax planning.
Tax diligence services, advising on tax implications for the corporate in the mergers deal
Undertaking slump sales, share transfers, merger, demergers and restructuring activities.
Fund structuring and advisory services -transaction advisory in relation to fund raises, shareholder realignments and investor exits. Also assist in the implementation of an productive structure.
Conducting in-depth research of various tax laws, exchange control regulations, corporate laws, securities laws/ regulations, stamp duty laws etc, having a bearing on the proposed transactions




Identifying suitable solutions for clients by identifying the key commercial objectives, evaluating the key tax and regulatory implications of the identified options
Assisting the client with other ancillary aspects of the proposed transactions like valuations and due diligences
Sharing tax and industry updates with the team and encourage sharing of best practices within team and across tea

Positive to have -
Qualified Chartered Accountant with 4+ years post qualification experience
Proficient in M&A; tax
Tax Advisory / Consultancy experience from Big 6 (PWC, Deloitte, E&Y;, KPMG, etc) is preferred

CTC - Rs. 25- 35LPA (Basis last drawn) Location - Bangalore
