Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced, agile Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and guide our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will develop and execute recruitment strategies, ensure a high-quality candidate experience, and collaborate with hiring managers to meet staffing needs. This role also involves tracking key recruitment metrics, mentoring team members, and driving continuous improvement in the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of recruiters.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs.
Oversee candidate sourcing, screening,



and interview processes.
Monitor recruitment metrics and report on team performance.
Ensure a positive candidate experience and promote the company’s employer brand.
Manage recruitment budgets and resources.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a recruiter, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Solid communication and team management skills.
Ability to drive results and handle multiple priorities.
Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms.
Solid understanding of diversity and inclusion practices.
