Key Responsibilities:
Perform manual soldering and desoldering of electronic components on PCBs.
Assemble and solder through-hole and SMD components as per drawings and specifications.
Perform PCB rework, repair, and component replacement.
Inspect solder joints for quality, defects, and proper connections.
Use soldering iron, hot-air station, flux, solder wire, and other hand tools.
Follow wiring diagrams, circuit diagrams, and assembly instructions.
Identify and troubleshoot soldering-related defects.
Maintain proper ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) precautions.
Follow production, quality, safety, and 5S procedures.
Maintain tools and equipment in valuable working condition.
Complete production targets while maintaining required quality standards.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
