STORE KEEPER –

Reporting To: Finance Manager / Store & Operations Manager

Job Purpose

Responsible for managing the receipt, storage, issue, transfer, and stock records of raw materials, packing materials, finished products, and other store items. Ensure accurate inventory records and proper availability of materials for production and sales.

Key Responsibilities
Receive raw materials, packing materials, and other items against purchase orders/invoices.
Check quantity, quality, weight, expiry date, and physical condition during receiving.
Enter all material receipts accurately in the stock system/Excel.
Maintain Central Store and Section Store stock records.
Issue materials to production sections based on authorized requirements.
Record all material issues, transfers, returns, damages, and wastage.
Maintain proper stock levels and inform management about low-stock items.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile with system/Excel stock.
Maintain batch-wise and expiry-wise records wherever applicable.
Follow FIFO/FEFO practices for applicable materials.
Maintain proper storage,



cleanliness, labeling, and arrangement of all materials.
Monitor finished-product stock received from production.
Coordinate with production, packing, accounts, and sales teams regarding material requirements.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock reports when required.
Investigate and report stock shortages, excess stock, damage, or discrepancies.
Ensure all store transactions are supported by proper documentation.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of inventory information.
Support stock audits and management verification.

Daily Responsibilities
Check opening stock.
Verify incoming materials.
Update purchase/receiving entries.
Record material issues to production.
Record inter-store/outlet transfers.
Record returns, damage, and wastage.
Update finished-goods stock.
Check critical/low-stock items.
Reconcile physical stock with system records.
Submit daily store summary to the concerned manager.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
