We are seeking a proactive & self motivated Technical sales coordinator to join our energetic team. The Coordinator will play a key role in supporting our sales representatives and ensuring smooth operations of sales operation.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist sales team with technical details of the order. Valuable understanding of electrical and electronics basics.
Coordinate communication between sales representatives and customers, and other internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
Maintain accurate records of transactions and updated customer information in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical.
Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
Preference for candidates from electrical industry.
Hindi will be an added advantage
