Responsibilities Greet guests, seat them, and present menus Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly Explain menu items and recommend dishes Set up and transparent tables, and keep the dining area clean Coordinate with the kitchen and billing teams Handle guest requests and complaints politely Follow hygiene, food safety,
