Role Description

This is a full time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Mumbai. The Specialist will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, employer branding, conducting interviews, successful onboarding & induction, and creating innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent to support our growth and expansion efforts.

You will primarily be looking at new-age roles, which are around social media, digital marketing,



digital sales, and such others, and of course, diet and nutrition profiles must have excellent listening and communication skills

Once you have mastered the talent acquisition role, you will be encouraged to learn/ master training induction, onboarding, and other areas of talent management

Qualifications
Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Hiring, and Employer Branding skills
Interviewing and Recruiting experience
Solid interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to build and maintain skilled relationships
Experience in the health or wellness industry is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
