Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for our Oil & Gas organization. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing positions across technical and non-technical functions.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.

Understand manpower requirements and prepare effective recruitment strategies.

Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.

Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.

Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process.

Manage salary negotiations and offer discussions.

Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and candidate databases.





Ensure timely closure of open positions as per manpower requirements.

Coordinate documentation and joining formalities.

Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for critical and recurring positions.

Preferred Skills

Good knowledge of Oil & Gas / EPC / Engineering recruitment.

Experience hiring technical profiles such as Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Piping, Civil, Process, QA/QC, HSE, Project, and Maintenance professionals.

Robust sourcing and screening skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Solid follow-up and coordination abilities.

Knowledge of recruitment portals and LinkedIn.

Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment MIS.
