Role Overview

We are looking for a confident and experienced Fashion & Store Lead to take complete ownership of the store and its day-to-day functioning. The role combines sales, team management, customer experience, styling and store operations, with a strong focus on achieving business targets and maintaining Bonsoir's premium brand experience.

Key Responsibilities
Take complete ownership of the store's day-to-day operations and performance.
Drive store sales and ensure achievement of monthly and individual targets.
Lead, guide and motivate the store team to deliver solid customer service and sales performance.
Understand customer requirements and provide personalised styling and product recommendations.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
Ensure the team has solid knowledge of Bonsoir's products, collections, fabrics, fits and styling.
Monitor inventory, stock movement and product availability.
Ensure merchandise is appropriately displayed, organised and replenished.
Maintain high standards of store presentation, visual merchandising and grooming.
Handle customer concerns and ensure their prompt and professional resolution.




Track daily sales and store performance and share updates with the management team.
Train and develop team members on product knowledge, styling, customer handling and sales.
Ensure adherence to all store processes and operational standards.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
