We are looking for a Telesales Executive to handle outbound calls, convert leads, and drive insurance sales across Motor, Health, and Travel Insurance.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls and convert leads into sales.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Promote and sell insurance products.
Coordinate with agents and support agent recruitment and activation.
Maintain positive customer and team communication.
Requirements:
Fluent in English & Hindi.
Positive communication and convincing skills.
Target-oriented and goal-driven.
Basic knowledge of MS Office & MS Excel.
Freshers and candidates with up to 4 years of experience can apply.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
