Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee daily showroom operations and ensure smooth functioning of the store.
Drive sales and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Lead, motivate and monitor the performance of the sales team.
Ensure excellent customer service and build solid customer relationships.
Handle high-value customers and support the team in closing sales.
Maintain robust knowledge of diamond jewellery, product features, pricing and collections.
Monitor inventory, stock movement, product displays and store security.
Ensure proper billing, documentation and adherence to company policies.
Handle customer queries, feedback and complaints professionally.
Implement upselling and cross-selling strategies to maximize sales.
Monitor daily sales reports, KPIs and team performance.
Ensure the showroom maintains premium visual merchandising and brand standards.
Coordinate with HO/management regarding sales, inventory and operational requirements.
