We are looking for a passionate and energetic Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, including bulk hiring, building talent pipelines, and delivering an excellent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Drive bulk hiring and volume recruitment for operational and business-critical roles.
Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate hiring processes.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure timely closures.
Schedule interviews and manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process.
Review employment applications and support background verification activities.
Coordinate onboarding activities,



including documentation and induction support.
Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure hiring records are up to date.

Desired Candidate Profile
3+ years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
Proven experience in bulk hiring/volume hiring.
MBA/BBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and social media hiring.
Positive understanding of interview and candidate assessment techniques.
Ability to manage multiple positions in a quick-paced setting.
Strong stakeholder management and organizational skills.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a team player.
