Role Overview

We are looking for a Service Manager – Mutual Fund to manage client servicing, queries, transactions, KYC documentation, portfolio support, and coordination with fund houses and internal teams.

Key Requirements
1+ year of experience in Mutual Funds / Wealth Management / BFSI / Client Servicing preferred.
Valuable knowledge of SIPs, redemptions, switches, KYC, and mutual fund operations.
Robust communication, client-handling, and coordination skills.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and basic reporting.
NISM certification will be an advantage.
Candidates residing in or near Rohini, Delhi will be preferred.
Graduate in Finance, Commerce, Business, or a related field.
