Beverage Preparation: Brew coffee, tea, and specialty espresso drinks following exact recipes and brand standards.
Customer Service: Welcome guests warmly, explain menu items, offer recommendations, and handle inquiries or complaints professionally.
Transactions: Process cash and digital payments accurately using a point-of-sale (POS) system.
Station Maintenance: Clean and sanitize espresso machines, grinders, work surfaces, and seating areas regularly.




Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels for coffee beans, milk, syrups, and packaging, and restock as needed.
Food Handling: Serve light snacks, pastries, or sandwiches while following food safety rules. [1]

Requirements and Skills
Technical Skills: Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and hands-on experience with commercial espresso equipment is a plus.
Communication: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
